      Hello,

We understand that you no longer have the Belkin Wireless Charging Pad and we would've loved to lend you a hand with it. For this matter, your handheld should work with the pad as long as it's Qi-certified. If you need our assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to tap us at [email protected] along with your phone number and the link to this review for easy reference.

I received the Belkin Boost Up Wireless Charger for Christmas and I love it. I use it with my iPhone 8 Plus and it works great. It’s very convenient and charges slightly faster than with a lightning cable. I just have to set my phone down on the pad and it’s charging. I can’t believe Apple didn’t add this feature to iPhone’s sooner!

Bought this on the recommendation from my grand son. This wireless charger works great. Charges my iPnone Xr in a reasonable amount of tme. I have a case on my phone and it does not interfere with the charge. It was on sale at Best Buy.

Really love this wireless charger. It is a bit larger than some other comparables, but, I like that, I don't have to worry about the phone not falling off, or not being in the right spot. Very convenient, and it's a great product.

I received this as a gift for my birthday and it works great! I put it on my desk and use it to charge my phone whenever I am using my PC. I don't use it as a bedside charger, however, it would work great as a bedside charger. Charging is a bit slow on my iPhone 8, but that is Apple's fault because they don't support fast wireless charging.

    Issues

I purchased this over the weekend. Overall it does what it says. It does NOT charge fast by any means. If you're thinking this will charge at the same rate as plugging in a charger, I'm sorry, you're wrong. Another issue is that I removed my case from my iPhone X and placed my phone on the charger pad before I went to sleep (phone had 31% battery life) I woke up 6 hours later and my percentage had dropped instead of increase. (19%) I'm positive that it was properly placed on the charger because the green led was on. I'm not sure what happened.

      Hi, JustADude,

The Wireless Charging Pad is capable of providing fast charging to your iPhone X at 7.5 watts and it works in most cases up to 3 mm thick. Please reach out to us at BelkinCares@belkin.com so we can take a closer look at your device's charging behavior. Include your contact details and the link to this review for reference.

    Practice patience when using

It isn’t often I review products, but if this helps anyone avoid the mistake I made, I figure it’s worth my time. The device looks great aside from the bulky power adapter. It has a fantastic surface that prevents your iPhone from moving around and holds it in place quite securely. I bought the charger as it was on sale and I was wanting a more convenient charging option than my normal charging cord. Overall, I find that this charger is incredibly picky about device placement. Emphasis on “incredibly.” You literally have to place your phone in the center of the device for it to register. It could be a matter of a few millimeters that makes it register the device or not. This is beyond annoying because in ensuring the device is placed in the proper spot, you aren’t saving any time which, with my purchase, negates the reason I bought it to begin with. If you’re in the market for a wireless charger, look elsewhere.

      Hi, Logan,

Our wireless chargers require direct physical contact between the phone and charger. The charging coils inside the phone and the charger must be connected and aligned, that's why it needs to be properly placed at the center. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at [email protected] should you need assistance with your Belkin products. We'd be more than willing to give you a hand.

    Unit does nothing

My first unit worked for less than a year. It was replaced and the new one did not work at all. I returned it for a third one and it also did not work at all. The green light comes on briefly when plugging in but does nothing with the phone placed perfectly in the center. I give up.

      Hi, Tony,

This is quite unexpected as our products went through a series of inspection to ensure full functionality out of the box. To isolate, try charging a different Qi-enabled phone. Email us your observation at [email protected] so we can have our Support Team look into this. Indicate your contact details and a link to this post for reference.
