I'm satisfied with this purchase and would recommend to others. We game on our laptop for extended periods and have no issues. The fan is silent, or so quiet it is unnoticeable.

I have a "not so good" Gateway laptop that would just shut down for no reason, I guess setting on a desktop was too much for the laptop. I added this cooler and no more out of the blue shut downs.

Our laptop kept shutting down from overheating. Used to set it on two blocks of wood to provide some airflow. Decided to give this Belkin product a shot and it works great. Have had no shut-down problems since installation.

Solid product. Did pretty much what it claims to do. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Haven't had any issues so far after a month of solid use.Seems pretty durable as I have dropped it several times on carpet from about 5 ft and it still functioning properly.

I first started using the cool pad after my son left his at the house. Found it beneficial when using laptop on lap and it stayed cooler. Best part is that it is very quiet and powers right off the unit very easily.

We knew that laptops could get hot on your lap or on surfaces so we bought the fan for it. It sits right on top of the fan and when you turn off the computer, the fan goes off as well. Very well thought-out plan by Belkin and it travels well (fits in our bag), and is very quiet.

The motor could be a little stronger in order to cool better. There are some options that cool better and are cheaper but they are bigger in size. This fits under laptop easily with no visibility

my laptop does not overheat now. I am glad I bought it instead of having the laptop checked. The sales person was very helpful. Best Buy has the best prices and service. Will shop here again. Just bought an all in one HP PC, two ipad minis, and an ipad air2

I bought it for 2 reasons 1. It was on sale and 2. I have friends that have similar items and they like them alot. I like it but the fan on it is just to loud especially at night.

My friend had this product so when my older laptop kept overheating and shutting off, I went to Best Buy. Since I got this, it hasn't overheated once.

This is a good fan. Did not suit my needs for a bigger laptop but other than that it is a good fan for a laptop. I have used these before. They are very good.

I love how it keep my computer cooled, but where it is needed most does not stay as cool. The device is smaller than my computer so my computer slides around on it.

Product works fine. Its not designed for a 17.3 inch laptop yet still did a good job. I would recomend to others, just be aware the larger laptop wont fit well
