My laptop is used all the time and it would overheat and I would have to stop working, turn it off and wait a while. I bought this cooling pad and I'm back in business. My laptop is on from 6 AM until 11 PM, sometimes earlier, sometimes later. Since buying the cooling pad, I have not had to shut my laptop off to cool down. I just keep on working. I would say "buy it, you won't regret it".

This cooling apparatus is efficient and quiet and keeps our computer from getting overheated. Belkin is a well-known name in electronics, so I hope that this cooling device will be as reliable as the large Belkin fan I have for my 17 inch computer. I have that one for several years now and it really effective.

defiantly would recommend to anyone having an overheating issue, my computer finally runs games without over heating

This was a gift for my boyfriend's brother in law. They both play Diablo 3 on 13 inch MacBook Pro's for 3-4 hours on end. He was having a problem with the laptop overheating and slowdown because of the overheated processor. Setup was very easy. All he had to do was place the laptop on the Pad and hook up the cable to the USB port. The fan immediately started and it's very quiet. After a few minutes the bottom of the laptop was cool and he can keep playing without overheating or hitches.

Our laptop used to get hot pretty quickly and would start giving us fits. I bought this cooling pad and the laptop stays much cooler which allows us to spend more time on it when needed. I would definitely recommend, and it was one of the more affordable options I saw in my store.

This works so great and quietly! It matches my computer so perfectly! I can run my computer for hours on end and it NEVER overheats!

This cooling pad is AMAZING. I got it a couple days ago and no problem. The way its designed is epic because it has intake fans at the bottom and on the sides so that even if your using it on a bed it is still effective. Not to mention, that although the fan is in the middle the air gets pushed out the sides, effectively cooling down your whole laptop. This is very easy to store, although if you have a gigantic laptop this product may not fit very well for you as the cooling pad isn't exactly enormous. All in all, an amazing cooling pad, the best one by Belkin in my opinion.

About three months prior to purchasing this item, my computer would randomly shut off because it was overheating. Ever since I started using the cooling pad, I have not had this problem. Should have purchased it at the same time i got my laptop.

This product keeps my laptop cool, but it requires that I plug it into my laptop to work which sucks down battery and takes away a port. Plus I wish it was thinner.

I have a Dell laptop that allwasy get's hot so I wanted to get a cool pad that would bring the temp down. I bought the Belkin and took it home and was very easy to install. It seem to do the cool the laptop but as I was using the computer the internal fan came on and it started to get hot again as always. Back to researching and more reading reviews for cooling pads and decided to try the Targus model PA248U5 which had worst reviews. Well so far the Targus is working better for me and my Dell has not over heated, just warm which is what I was going for. If your laptop does not get really hot then the Belken will do you fine.

A good, lightweight and relatively cheap way to keep your laptop cool. Doesn't seem to drain the battery much either. Good value for money.

I tried several non-powered, ventilated laptop "cooling pads" before finally settling on this USB-powered one. I was pleasantly surprised - no, overjoyed - to find it is so comfortable on my lap that I forget I'm using it. My ultra-warm laptop that used to overheat and shut off no longer has this problem. It stays cool for hours at a time. The USB power doesn't seem to drain my laptop's battery any faster than without it. And the price was right - very reasonable.

Not the one I was originally going to purchase, but it works well. Laptop hasn't gotten too hot and it keeps my desk/lap from containing the heat. I like that the power comes from USB.

does exactly what it was made to do. Lots of chill pads out there, this is only my second one. first one didnt have a fan and decided it was time to upgrade when i baught new computer.

This laptop cooler does everything I expected. I like it.I like that it shuts off when I put my laptop to sleep.

at first i wasn't sure if i'd like it but now that i have it and use it daily, i love it! its so easy to use, takes up no room & only needs one USB port

It's a great product. It has anti-skid/slip pads on the bottom. I think this is great, even needed, if used on top of slick surfaces, for example on top of your silk sheets when laying on the bed. I however use this at my desk, and slide my laptop all over, and the anti-skid forces me to lift/move it constantly, versus just pushing it. Very minor, but thought you should know. Much better than the electrical/mechanical cooling pads.

Keeps your laptop base cool so it won't shut down automatically due to over heating

This is completely unobtrusive, fits perfectly and keeps my laptop cool-I absolutely love it!
