My phone wouldn't recognize it, it worked for a couple of days and then the phone said adapter not supported. I was super annoyed, anyway I bought these one for myself and one for my girl. These work awesome, I don't know why, but these weren't available when the iPhone 7 launched, it took a really long time for Best Buy to stock them. But they work well
