I have a case on my airpods which makes it difficult for them to fit in the charging space for airpods. I would recommend making flat or increasing the size of the divet to account for airpod cases.

They all have a positive charging mechanism. Might want to watch the Apple Watch Ultra with a protective cover. Keep the charging port in the down position and lay your watch on it for best results
