Favorite feature is the mag safe feature and the fact that the phone can sit anywhere in there and you don’t have to worry about the point of contact to get a charge! Price is same everywhere.

Not worth it.

After 6 months, the mag safe pad for the iPhone no longer functions. Tested with 2 different phones. Submitted a warranty replacement claim 2 weeks ago and after receiving an initial confirmation, haven't heard anything since. The support group only refers you to call another group. There's an 8 digit number in the confirmation email but it's not recognized by the RMA status bot. I expected far more durability and support for the price of these units.

The dock plugs into the wall with a barrel charger instead of USB for some reason - it also does not elevate the phone, just the watch… why???
