    I purchase two of these items (one for my husband, one for me). The boxes were open (so they were open box, one was dirty) and was charged regular price. It has been a month and there is times that we have to place our phone several times before it starts charging.

    Right out of the box, it feels nice. However using it, my charger constantly needs to be unplugged and replugged in for ghe phone area to work. Randomly only the phone section wont work. Weird enough, the wireless area and watch area will work even if the phone magsafe area won’t.
