Phone charger stops working constantly

I have to unplug it and plug it back in again for it to start working. Extremely annoying for how much this thing costs. The watch and AirPod charging spots have not had this problem.

Really Good Product

Her Otter Box case on her phone is a bit thick to stick with the magnet, but otherwise I’m really happy with it and got a great deal when it was on sale.
