The magnet didn’t hold it through the case and I wasn’t about to take it out of the casing for every charge..

I should have returned it. I thought it was working and got rid of all the packaging. Did not realize until it was too late that I had to find an outlet where it would function

It did in the beginning but now only the watch will charge. Cannot recommend this product. Cannot even give it one star.

Sometimes, the phone doesn't stick to the charging base, the watch never sits right on the base, and the wireless charging only works for Airpods, not BEATS, an Apple product.

For the Apple Watch, if you're using a light weight band it, will not provide enough weight to keep watch from rotating on the charging puck. We highly recommend trying a heaver band if possible to keep it from rotating. Laslty, the base charger is designed only for AirPods charging. It stopped charging my phone, and then it stopped charging my AirPods, and there was no way to fix it. I’d only had it for a few months, and that was really disappointing.

STOPPED WORKING 2.5 MONTHS
