So disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's no longer charging to my iPhone/ 13 Max Ultra Watch and AirPods Pro 2. It was working now it's not. So disappointed. I try different outlets and nothing. Can't believe this.

If it tilted back slightly more it would probably be able to hold the weight of the case

Watch doesn't stay upright

We appreciate the time in posting a review! The charger is compatible with all Apple Watch Series. However, if you're using a light weight band it, will not provide enough weight to keep watch from rotating on the charging puck. We highly recommend trying a heaver band if possible to keep it from rotating. Apple Watch ultra doesn’t stay still on the charger at all. It rotates, it charges but the screen is not straight. A phone with a proper MagSafe case doesn’t attach to the charger at all. It’s a hit or a miss. It took me a few weeks to realize that it’s not me that’s doing this it’s the charger itself. The concept of 3 things getting charged is great but this doesn’t work especially on this one. Seems like a design flaw. The one that’s not in the shape of tree might work better

Worked good for 8 months

Per Belkin customer support agent: . We are receiving reports from users that their Magsafe charging products, specifically WIA004, WIZ009, WIZ010, WIZ016, WIZ017 and WIC008, are losing charging functionality on the phone charger only. Users have reported that the watch and or earbud chargers are working fine but their phone will suddenly stop charging. At least they were responsive with a product replacement but that is an inconvenience.

They are better brands out there so do your homework before you buy the Belkin.

Well I have an iPhone 15 Pro and Apple Watch Ultra 2 primarily used with a Trail Band. When placing the watch on the charger it would immediately twist 45 degrees. I assumed I had a lemon so took it back to Best Buy for an exchange, unfortunately the same issue. I decided to call Belkin and they said yes, we recommend not using the lighter Apple Bands because the watch will twist. I said it sounds like you have a design flaw because Gen 1 of this didn't do that. Well back to the drawing board Belkin and you should be recalling all of these Gen 2 stands. You admit you have a problem then tell me to use a heavier band? NOT!!!
