My iphone and Apple Watch Ultra never charge to 100% its either one or the other get a full charge sometimes neither when charging overnight. My Apple Watch wont stay upright it turns/spins off to the right or left, the magnet doesnt seem to keep it in place. I would return this but I threw away the box to quickly.

You have to keep moving the phone to be able to charge, you are lucky if it stays charging. Not sure if I can return it after a week, I already threw away the box

The behavior of the phone charger is quite unusual! Try charging another compatible device, and avoid using non-MagSafe cases thicker than 3mm for isolation. I’m livid. The phone charges when you first put it on the charger, but stops charging a short time later. This is not a phone issue not a case issue. I tried another phone and it does the same thing. I took my (MagSafe) case off, thinking maybe there was an issue with that somehow but that is not the problem. It stopped charging a few minutes later.

The magnet didn’t hold it through the case and I wasn’t about to take it out of the casing for every charge..

STOPPED WORKING 2.5 MONTHS

I tried multiple phones and none of them would take a charge. Disappointing.
