I love this stand! I used to have multiple charging cords tying up 3 different outlets. Now I have the charging stand on my dresser and place my phone, my AirpPods and my Apple Watch on it every night. They are fully charged a ready to go the next morning. I love the convenience!

I purchased this yesterday and brought it home. While it’s a very slick design and I’m sure works well overall, I immediately discovered it will not hold my phone while in its protective case. It is not a very bulky case by any means; it is an OtterBox Symmetry series case. They should make you aware that you either have to take your phone out of the case every single time you want to charge it or if you buy some $8 cheap case that isn’t worthy enough to protect your phone. Very disappointed in this technology. Returning tomorrow.

The product is great except for the fact you can’t purchase or obtain a replacement AC power adapter/ power cable. The shape of the connector is proprietary and does not follow the universal standard of USB. I could forgive that if you could actually purchase a replacement power cable, but you can’t. I spent about 2 hours chatting with customer support only for them to tell me the same thing over and over again. I basically just have a $150 paperweight. Not only is this choice not consumer friendly. But the e waste implications really adds to the issue. If a small and easily broken cable is lost or broken, you have to throw out the entire thing and buy a completely brand new one. Which is nothing short of ridiculous. I will be sure to get my products from another manufacturer next time.

I am not sure how long I have had this charger. But for the price I paid for it it should still be working… it says it is charging your phone then the next minute it is not.. I can also hear it do the charging should ( like you just put in on) over and over…. And have to keep unplugging the charger to get it to start charging!!! Very unhappy!!!!

Its ok, but i cant get past the watch dropping to the side sitting crooked becsue of the off center weight of the watch. The picture is a fake it makes it look like it sits perfect. False advertising

6 months and the left side (phone) charger doesn’t work anymore.
