Small issues not a dealbreaker

My iphone and Apple Watch Ultra never charge to 100% its either one or the other get a full charge sometimes neither when charging overnight. My Apple Watch wont stay upright it turns/spins off to the right or left, the magnet doesnt seem to keep it in place. I would return this but I threw away the box to quickly.

After my purchase, I was provided with a tracking number, but it turned out the item was never actually shipped—the tracking number didn’t work. I waited an entire week for nothing. This seems like part of Best Buy’s advertising strategy to attract customers with big discounts but not fulfill the orders. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be shopping at Best Buy again!

However, my iPhone 15 Pro Max and Apple Watch Ultra 2 was charging overnight and it did not fully charge either of my devices. I don’t think it’s strong enough for these devices. It may be good for older versions or other mobile brands.

Store replaced it. You have to take your phone protection jacket off every time you want to charge the phone. Even then, the phone slides off of the charger.

The behavior of the phone charger is quite unusual! Try charging another compatible device, and avoid using non-MagSafe cases thicker than 3mm for isolation.
