Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is great except for the fact you can’t purchase or obtain a replacement AC power adapter/ power cable. The shape of the connector is proprietary and does not follow the universal standard of USB. I could forgive that if you could actually purchase a replacement power cable, but you can’t. I spent about 2 hours chatting with customer support only for them to tell me the same thing over and over again. I basically just have a $150 paperweight. Not only is this choice not consumer friendly. But the e waste implications really adds to the issue. If a small and easily broken cable is lost or broken, you have to throw out the entire thing and buy a completely brand new one. Which is nothing short of ridiculous. I will be sure to get my products from another manufacturer next time.

Took the item back and exchanged for the exact same one. Opened the new one and exact same thing, Airpods (3rd gen) wont charge. Super bummed this seemed like a cool gadget for the night stand. Wont be trying for a 3rd time.

The behvior of the charging stands are quite unusual since they are tested to work with most AirPod models. For isolation, try using another AirPod case for charging, and avoid using cases. But for the price I paid for it it should still be working… it says it is charging your phone then the next minute it is not.. I can also hear it do the charging should ( like you just put in on) over and over…. And have to keep unplugging the charger to get it to start charging!!! Very unhappy!!!!

Ultra Watch flops to the side .
