Not so sturdy

While it fastens really well to my vent, the phone holder arm doesn’t keep phone sturdy. I don’t have a case for my phone and ever so often, I’m having to raise my phone leveled to be able to see it.

This shouldn't be the case. The car vent mount is designed to work with the vehicle's vent slats of up to 3 mm in thickness and up to 20 mm in depth. It works best with straight, horizontal ven slats, but it will slightly move with vertical slats. Moreover, we want to know more about what happened.
