Took it out of the car and made it the desk charger. Sat mostly unused for the rest of its life. Stopped working after 8 months. Worst part was that Best Buy wouldn't take it back and I know have to send it to Belkin for an exchange. What made it even harder was the customer service rep at the store said there was no purchase of that type on my account. Took me 5 minutes for customer service on the phone to find it and have them send me a copy. Really felt like the in store rep didn't care. Left and bought a cable from Apple.

I was able to use it just a few times before it stopped working with my phone. I connected it with the phone and there is no charge or response at all. Tried using different USB wall chargers (including the apple one) and this cable still does not work. This Belkin - Mixit 4' Metallic Lightning to USB Cable suffered no damage or fraying, it is in brand new pristine condition. The phone is in great condition and works with other cable chargers so that isn't the issue. I would have returned it but I just recently found the receipt and it is out of their 15 day return policy being I purchased it on 11/26/16.

Nope. I started seeing normal wear and tear 2 months in. Now 3 months in and it charges when I hold it a certain way.my Apple charger I got with my phone 2 years ago lasted is still in perfect condition! And this is my home charger. I use this bad boy all the time. I'm disappointed. I thought this brand was good? I guess not.

Stopped working after 2 weeks

After charging my phone this morning, I plugged it in this afternoon and noticed it wasn't working. Tried it in multiple outlets and laptop, then took my phone to try car to make sure it wasn't the phone's fault. Very disappointing for the price.

NOT made to last beyond 2-3 months

A bad lemon, I'm sure, because I've always admire Belkin for its quality

Knowing how long that one lasted, I bought the same charger again. This charger stopped working within a week. These chargers also somehow end up with odd kinks and bends. The plastic coated part of the charger sticks out of the thread casing.
