That is why I purchased it and as such it makes me happy by doing what I bought it to do. This is a regular cable, not flat, braided or anything similar. Just a regular cable.

Needed a longer cord because the original manufacturers cord is pretty short. This works just as well as the cord that came with the phone. I'd recommend it.

IT connects the Apple TV to my iMac just fine and is good quality....something you can always rely on Belkin for. I've been a Belkin fan for many years now and this product only reinforces my faith in the brand.
