    The C type cable seems faster the the micro USB. I had never heard of this connector before so was happy to find it at Best Buy.

    It's a power cord. It does it's job so we are good with it. Not sure why the phone couldn't just use a typical micro USB plug?

    I needed a USB type charging cable for my google pixel 2 and those from the cell carrier have inflated prices. So, this one was inexpensive enough to be a trial and it worked fine.
