The Belkin F7U080 3.5mm port only supports stereo audio output but, the adapter supports USB-PD up to 36W. We could have tried to use the adapter with different USB-C-enabled phones for isolation. I started having problems with it pretty quickly where my phone would get stuck in charging loop and I'd have to remove the adapter, restart the phone, and not use it. The headphone jack would work sometimes at best. This would happen whether I used the USB-C only, headphone jack only or both together.
