Well worth it and super easy to use! Makes life so much easier! Allows charging and music auxiliary chord to be plugged into your iPhone at the same time since they got rid of the aux hole.

This is an absolute must have for new iPhones. My car has six cord hookup ( which is better than the Bluetooth fm adapter in my opinion ) Now I can charge my phone and listen to music at the same time

Work great in the car when you want to charge and only can stream through an six cord. Cord rips at neck after a lot of wear.

This adapter went through a lot with me. I was working with shovels and pickax tugging away at it. It really withstood the battle.

I have bought other cables. Belkin seems to produce the most reliable. I had to replace it, only because I got it wet. Pricey though which is why I tried other options first.

I like to listen to podcasts at bedtime, but sometimes I fall asleep and forget to plug up my phone. This contraption takes care of that issue for me! Charge and listen at the same time!

It didn’t do exactly what I was hoping it would. I also have a MIDI USB I had hoped I could plug into this as an input for GarageBand. I wanted to play an instrument into the iPhone and listen with headphones but, this device only charges. It doesn’t transfer data. It is great for road trips in the back seat or listening to music with headphones or AUX without waiting to charge.

This will not split audio to two head sets, but it will charge off lighting and send audio out via Aux. great for the car.

I use the Belkin Lightning to headphone jack / charging adapter in my car, so I can connect my iPhone to my car's AUX input port and charge my iPhone at the same time. It's a necessary adapter to have if your only way to connect your iPhone to your car (or home) audio is via an AUX port, because at some point, your iPhone's battery will need to be re-charged. I wish it was cheaper; there are other (cheaper) alternatives by no-name manufacturers, but I wanted to go with a trusted brand for this capability like Belkin. It works well, it's useful, and it's solidly made.
