I ended up buying a bluetooth adaptor when my iPhone port got gunky and wouldn't connect anymore. Wish I had thought of that earlier. So convenient to get in the car and connect to the bluetooth and not fuss around with cables.

Belkin - Adapter from Iphone to Android Headphone

It was too big of a waste. So I bought this and can use all of my android headphones and ear buds. You can also use this to hook it up to the jack in the car on the radio so I can use my IPhone for that as well. I can also listen on my headphone and still use the charger - It is absolutely what I wanted and needed. I didn't know they sold them until I went searching. Great buy.

Well, I want to play some of my own tunes and keep my phone charged— this dongle fits the bill. Stays in my locker at work as I have no other use for it, but it works great when I need it!
