This connector is a result of that it did not work but a couple of days. If there was a good connector for this need Apple would produce it however they don't so were stuck with no solution

The power interferes with the sound, so you can’t charge and listen at the same time, which is the whole point of it.

Probably not for an active teen

It only lasted 2 months before starting to have audio trouble. Within 4 months the audio did not work at all, but power has continued to work. Cable connectors seem to be weak and wear too easily.

I did how ever notice when it gets very cold when left in car it will disconnect the audio. Other then that works as it should.

Well after 5 days use, I’m having extreme clicking noises from the headphones. I’ve used 3 different sets, 1 being brand new, with no luck. I’m going to return for an exchange, if that doesn’t work I’ll just return for a full refund. Never thought they’re would still be this issue after all these years to address and fix!!!
