Couldn't get by without it! Excellent adapter!

I've gone through couple of them after a year plus usage out of each. Belkin has had great customer service. If you're looking to charge and use wired headphones or audio out this is the way to go.

Works great for about 9 months!

However, I’ve had it about 9 months and it’s developed a short after using it in the car every day. It’s warrantied for 2 years but it says “normal wear and tear” doesn’t count, which is what I assume this is. I haven’t abused it but it has been well used.

We used this successfully on an iphone 7 and iphone X. The charging port is handy to have so that you can charge the phone while using the headphone jack.

The adapter connects great, perfect fit, speedy response and allows for me to charge and use headphones that would ultimately be obsolete. There’s no feedback, break in communication and/or device Interruption. Lastly, the device isn’t too bulky and is not an eye sore.

The only issue I've had is when the lightning port is not plugged into my phone, it causes some feedback to my car stereo, not huge but a noticable hum (when I unplug the 3.5 mm audio cord from this adapter, the hum stops).
