It would charge my phone, but when I tried to listen to books on the radio, I got so much static that it was impossible to actually enjoy what I was listening to. I went to my local Best Buy and talked to an incredibly knowledgeable young man who suggested the Belkin, and it works great...no static whatsoever!

Works great in my 2010 Camry LE

This Belkin adapter has been working for about a year now with no hiccups, sending audio from an iPhone 7 Plus to the 3.5 jack. Even handles the microphone well through the jack; phone calls sound like they're coming from the handset. Would purchase again, Belkin always produces great products.

This item could be a great product if it didn’t always slip out of the phone while I’m using it. If I’m sitting down there are no problems but if I’m walking the adapter usually slips out of my phone. Otherwise it serves the purpose of allowing me to charge and use my headphones simultaneously which is why I gave it four stars.

It allows an iPhone lightning power cord to be plugged in for charging while simultaneously using standard 3.5mm earbud/headphones. I have an iPhone 7 and don't like the design of only 1 port, so accessory manufacturing companies are making more money selling adapters. Belkin makes reliable electronics and they're cheaper than the Apple branded items.
