This adaptor is the best! I use it on any car that doesn’t have bluetooth and I can listen to my music or satellite radio, listen to the directions on my GPS.

It’s great being able to charge and listen at the same time.

I bought a generic lightning to headphone jack / charging adapter online, but it became unreliable after a few months and the iPhone started to "not recognize" it. I replaced it with this Belkin produce, which is more expensive, but a far better product. Works like the proverbial charm!

Does what it is supposed to do! Sound quality is good!

I purchased this adapter November 2019 so I could easily charge my iPhone without having to disrupt music play. Sound quality when the charger is connected to the adapter has always been terrible (there's a constant buzz) but it's nice to have the dual charge/play in a pinch. I usually leave the charger unplugged unless I am under 15% of power so I don't have to deal with it. Over the last month or two the adapter has stopped music play randomly, especially when driving on rough road. It often happens multiple times during a drive. I thought my aux cable was going bad so I replaced it but the problem still exists. I did contact Belkin customer service and they have agreed to ship out a replacement after seeing proof of purchase. I hope the quality is better and the old was a fluke. As it is, I wouldn't recommend this product to others.

My husbands Does likes this but It is a little bulky.

Not a day goes by that I'm not using this adapter. I've gone through couple of them after a year plus usage out of each. Belkin has had great customer service. If you're looking to charge and use wired headphones or audio out this is the way to go.

This solves the problem with the newer Apple iphones that no longer have the headphone jack. We used this successfully on an iphone 7 and iphone X. The charging port is handy to have so that you can charge the phone while using the headphone jack.

Very good quality and reliable. Have tried other brands and they just don’t compete. Most of the others stop working after awhile

I bought this for my older car which I connect my iPhone to via cassette adapter, and it works great! I'm impressed with how sturdy it is. The only negative is that the large part, (where the cables plug into), hangs right in front of my car's control panel. This is partially because of where my phone is mounted. All in all I'm pleased with my purchase.
