The adapter connects great, perfect fit, speedy response and allows for me to charge and use headphones that would ultimately be obsolete. There’s no feedback, break in communication and/or device Interruption. Lastly, the device isn’t too bulky and is not an eye sore.

However, I’ve had it about 9 months and it’s developed a short after using it in the car every day. It’s warrantied for 2 years but it says “normal wear and tear” doesn’t count, which is what I assume this is. I haven’t abused it but it has been well used.

I had ordered a different brand on line and it worked for 5 min and stopped. So far after a month of about 1.5 hours a day, it is still working.

The only issue I've had is when the lightning port is not plugged into my phone, it causes some feedback to my car stereo, not huge but a noticable hum (when I unplug the 3.5 mm audio cord from this adapter, the hum stops).

I can simultaneously use my aux cable and charge my phone as needed. However, I do regret not looking on Amazon for a more economic version with the same features. But it was an impulse buy so can’t blame anyone but myself for that.

I purchased a few on amazon and after a few weeks a little message would appear on my phone, saying this accessory is not supported. Not with this bad boy. Price wise it could be $8 bucks cheaper but you get what you pay for.
