Posted .Hi. We appreciate your feedback. The armband is designed to tightly fit the phone to eliminate the possibility of losing grip with the device. If the armband is fairly new, securing the phone may seem to be a challenge since the corners are not yet stretched. A protective case needs to be removed before inserting the phone into the armband. Its always a struggle to take the phone out after workout; too snug and the plastic part sticks with the glass part of the IPhone 6. Its a mini workout after a workout! Patience tester for sure!

The phone is accessible through the front screen which is nice but it can be annoying plugging your headphones in through the small hole at the bottom. Other than that, its a good product
