It fits well except it's not possible to use the lightning 30 pin connector that must be used with my existing portable speaker unless I use the analog connection to the speakers or remove the ipod from the protector. It's not hard to remove, but it's inconvenient. It would be better if the protector used the same design on all four corners instead of allowing a hole for the speaker. This extended corner prevents the use of the connector. Considering returning.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The newest iPod Touches are made from aluminum, and I've always had an issue with aluminum Apple products "pitting" from the moisture and sweat on my hands, so I try to put them in protective cases whenever possible. Picked up this case for exactly that reason, despite reviews that suggested the case was prone to cracking. It's true -- one week into owning this case, there are a handful of arbitrary cracks on the case itself. They are mostly along the curved edges of the case in areas where one would have to bend the plastic in order to remove the Touch. But, here's the thing: There's no cracks or pits on the device itself. So as long as the device is protected, I don't really mind the appearance of the case. If the case becomes brittle and broken over time, it'll be more of an issue (and if that happens, I'll update my review). TL;DR -- If you don't care about the appearance of a case, and you don't mind a few scratches and cracks on the case, this case will adequately protect your device. If you care about the appearance of the case as much as the protection of the device, you'll want to get something else.

But first I was looking for a better price because is only plastic and with other brands are cheaper but there are no clear color. So finally bought this.

The only thing that can be a little concerning is that when it's not on the iPod you can like bend it back and forth in your hands. I haven't dropped it or anything so I don't know how durable it will be. And no it doesn't go on the front of the iPod

It showcases the iPod nicely, although it does add some bulk to it (not a major issue). The only major issue I have with it is that I have to remove it if I want to use the adapter. Major deal breaker for me.
