Feel super comfortable and wrap your ear completely. Once you set up the headphones on your device with bluebooth, it remembers the device so all you have to do is turn them on and they are ready to go in seconds. I’ve had them for a month and have only had to charge them once (I do not use them all day every day though). Totally worth the purchase and you didn’t spend a fortune for them. Sound is great. They are noise cancelling too.

This headset is very comfortable to wear and easy to use. I originally purchased this product to help record videos with my iPhone. It works great for this purpose, But I also use it, with Bluetooth, to listen to podcasts on my smart tv. It allows me to have freedom of movement while listening to my favorite podcasters. Includes USB-C and 3.5mm cables.

Don't waste your money! Spend more for a better quality product. We've had two of these in the last year. One is the model before this one, and the other is this exact one. Both of them only lasted a few months, and both broke in exactly the same way: where the earphone connects to the overhead bracket. They're connected by a very small, and apparently flimsy plastic tube that feeds the wiring from the earphone into the overhead housing. Neither fell or were hit by anything. The first broke while being put on. The second broke while pressing the volume button while being worn. Doesn't matter how the sound quality or battery life is if the construction is garbage. Don't buy these.

The sound and everything about this product is very good.

The headset is not very comfortable for long periods of time. Its folding design creates pressure on your ears while in use. I've also experienced a consistent 500 ms audio delay with wireless mode. This is fine if you're using VLC, which has an audio delay adjustment feature, but problematic for most other applications. However, it's convenient that the headset supports a wired connection not only through a headphone jack but also via USB.

I bought this headset a month ago. A couple of days ago, I turned it on and connected it only to find out that the microphone no longer works. I tried everything to bring it back to life to no avail. I use it maybe 3 times a week and always make sure to put it safely on a shelf when I'm done, so I can assure you that the issue is not from wear and tear. I've also had issues with the headset having a bad connection with my PC anytime that I'm playing an online game while also talking on Discord. The sound quality isn't great on these either (it's very tinny and the bass is non-existent), but I had been overlooking that because it was serving it's function. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Very comfortable and battery life it is quite impressive

I got this item as an open box. It was definitely worth me picking it up that day for the discounted price. I'm only giving 3 stars because of 2 things that are extremely important when choosing a headset like this for a call center type environment. 1st thing is it really isn't comfortable to wear throughout the day for an entire shift, I find myself taking it off after a few calls due to it being uncomfortable. 2nd thing is there seems to be a noticeable delay while I'm taking calls, although I can get around it and still get around it, I do find myself talking over the person I'm on a call with and vice versa. I will say the quality sounds great on calls and listening to music and the test I've done calling others they seems to hear me with great quality, besides the slight delay on calls, no noticeable delay in zoom meetings, battery is great as well, I haven't tested to see how long I can go without changing since I charge it daily, but it hasnt died on me once and I work typically 9 hours a day. It does the job for the minimal price I paid for it and am definitely getting more than my moneys worth for it but I will ultimately be upgrading to a better headset while keeping this as a backup incase my primary dies or something happens, hope this helps someone!

100% recommend for the cost. I connect to my laptop only through BT (ie not multiple devices) and the headphones connect straight away when turned on. They are comfortable (both with and without glasses), have reasonable sound and the microphone works great on calls. I charge them overnight then have them on for the whole work day (listening to music when not on work calls) and the battery lasts the whole time. Added bonus is the mic mutes itself when folded up and then unmutes itself when folded down (to speak).

Great sound quality and range. I can walk around my house and still stay connected. Soft and doesn't bother my head.

Good fit. Good sound quality. The microphone works well and is clear. The headsets are comfortable to wear.

While the sound is great, the design is very poor. I bought one and the left ear pod got broken from the over head connector leaving it hanging merely by the cable, when I was removing it from my head. Best Buy replaced it. Three months later the replacement right pod was broken in the same manner. I decided not to take it back to Best Buy, but get something else.

Solid and easy to use. Maintains charge well t get through a full wfm home day. Range is fine within a large office and no issues with mic or speakers for VOIP calls.

Overall comfortable. Sounds good when listening to music and microphone works well. Teams call audio is choppy, that is why I gave it 3 stars.

These are comfortable, great sound and decent microphone. I like that they are portable and can be used wirelessly or with cable.

I bought this headset because it checked a lot of boxes: Bluetooth, USB, 3.5 mm jack, you can mute the microphone, and it covers both ears. But there are too many issues with it, so I will be returning it. The first issue is that the inner part of the headphones press against your ear, I find it uncomfortable. A bigger issue is that both USB and 3.5 mm cords are laughably short. I couldn't even sit up straight with it plugged in to my computer. If you plan to use this while plugged in, you will need to buy a new cord. Also, the microphone on the headset doesn't work with the 3.5 mm cord, instead there is an inline one on the cord. The volume controls on the headset also do not work when using the 3.5 mm jack. The biggest issue is that the speakers in this headset are too loud on the lowest volume setting while using bluetooth or USB. I have tried this with an iPhone, MacOS and Windows, the issue persists with all of them. The beeps when the volume is changed are also too loud. The only positive thing about these is that the bluetooth pairing process was quick. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a headset.

Got this for work. Works good for eliminating outside noise while in a meeting. Comfortable. Bluetooth works fine

The audio quality is excellent, and the device performs reliably, even in a mobile environment with open windows.
