It stays in place best when placed on the lower part of your arm/around the forearm area. It can get really aggravating though, because it never stays put while running/working out. By the end of a workout I have it off and in a pocket or put away somewhere, otherwise it will fall off and hit the ground.

I have a pelican case and it is a very low profile case. Barley fits and you have to struggle to get it in each time. Been using it for over a month now hoping it will break in but it is still a struggle to get the iphone in the holder.
