Unfortunately it's not too easy to change between apps (I was flipping between my C25K app and my music.) But once I set my playlist it was perfect! It's soft and doesn't slide at all. Also it was plenty big enough to fit comfortably around my arm. I bought a cheaper band in the past and it was much too small.

Not for iPhone 7 plus

This Belkin arm band was specifically branded to be for a 7plus, but when you open the arm band and insert your phone, you cannot connect your headphones to the phone. The new iPhones do not have an auxiliary jack like they used to on the lower left hand section of the phone, but that's the only entry point on the armband to connect the headphones. Infuriating to buy this when it's specifically branded to fit this exact model of phone.
