    Good transfer speeds not that many ports tho for the price but overall it’s a good way to connect this to these new laptops

    Bought this for my steam deck and a quick dock to use in desktop mode but it's not really that great. It doesn't have very many ports and sometimes the devices I connect seem to randomly disconnect and I have to reconnect it for my devices to work again.

    USB Ports did not always work and the cable was too short to organize the desk nicely. Returned for another brand.

      Has it been working fine before? For now, try to unplug the adapter from the laptop to reboot and make sure to reconnect it properly. Testing it with a different compatible computer will also help us to isolate. If the same thing is observed, please contact our support hotline for further investigation.

    The HDMI port only works when connected to some versions of USB-C - so do your research before purchasing to ensure the computer can output video through C. This item description should have that warning.
