Moreover, this dock has an HDMI port that supports up to 4K resolution at 30 Hz. Best buy lied did not price match my product

I found one on Amazon AVCO19ttDG but because Best buy posted AVCO19ttDG-RL with additional RL on their website they refused to price match. Of course this way they can claim price match but never match it

HDMI only outputs at 30hz

However, the HDMI port is only capable of ouputting at 30hz. This isn't specified anywhere on the packaging or in the product specifications, so I ultimately returned it as I expected a minimum 60hz output.

I suppose that's on me for not reading the fine print.

Sound Quality with Headset

The sound quality became real bad. There was a 1-2 sec delay of sound at the start when I attached the headset. Headset: OMEN Blast Headset

4K at 30 Hz? Why is this being sold in 2021?

Why is this even being sold in 2021? 60 Hz should be a *minimum*. Also, it has TONS of lag that makes mousing *really* unpleasant. Tried multiple HDMI cables (up to 4K at 120Hz) and the lag persisted even with an M1 MacBook Air. Waste of money.

Broke After One Month

I paid a higher price because I had been buying the cheap ones on Amazon and sometimes they didn’t work. However, none of them flat-out broke – and this one did a month after purchase. Not good.
