Stopped working after 3 weeks, do not recommend

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on August 20th, and the two usb port stopped working on September 10th. I cannot return it or exchange it as it is past the return period time. I highly suggest to go with another brand that will last longer than 3 weeks. I did try to connect with another multi port dock to see if it was coming from that and indeed it was. I am slightly livid and mad that I am now stuck with a defective product that does not work. The only reason I am leaving one star is because it does not allow me to leave zero.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. To maximize the use of pass-through charging. It is recommended to use a 65W USB-C external power supply which will deliver up to 53W pass-through charge while using other adapter functions. Performance depends on laptop requirements.

Best buy lied did not price match my product

I found one on Amazon AVCO19ttDG but because Best buy posted AVCO19ttDG-RL with additional RL on their website they refused to price match. Of course this way they can claim price match but never match it

However, the HDMI port is only capable of ouputting at 30hz. This isn't specified anywhere on the packaging or in the product specifications, so I ultimately returned it as I expected a minimum 60hz output.
