These are three adjectives I would use to describe this USB C dongle. Many other dongles include ports that people rarely use such as VGA and other old forms of ports. While those may offer one or two more USB A ports, the $50 premium for those two extra ports and a bunch of other ones you will almost never use is not worth it. This dongle is cheaper, while also having a fair amount of usable ports, including HDMI, a standard most people will be able to use, especially with an older model MacBook that does not have one.

Great for macbook or any usbc to usb needs

It’s lightweight and does not take up alot of space on my desk or in my bag on the go. Works as expected connects usbs to mu usbc only port without issue. Would recommend to anyone needing this type of conversion.
