Useless for me sadly

The ethernet is recognized maybe 40% of time, I usually have to restart my phone. And the charging does not work at all. For reference I'm using a Samsung S10+ and when connecting a charger to it says it'll be at 100% in 30+ hours. And charging without the adapter says it'll take 2+ hours. So, the reason I bought it for is basically useless to me. To sum up, ethernet connection works but is fickle and charging does not work at all when using the adapter. If I'm doing something wrong so be it but this is basically plug and go, pretty simple.
