Bought open box, because it was cheaper, and the product is in perfect condition. Had a few tiny scratches and a bit of dust, but no problems with the product working. It does exactly what I need it to.

Works great. Had to supply my own power cord but if you're buying this you probably have a few lying around too.

I was shocked at how good this worked. I wasn't surprised it worked on my laptop, as that is the purpose of it for me. What blew my mind is when I tried it on my phone. It worked on my phone! Plugged it in and connected the ethernet cable and boom! It did not charge my laptop or phone as fast as plugged in directly, but it still charged.

So far I have been happy with the Beklkin USB-C to Ethernet + Charge Adapter. Most new computers come now with a USB-C port, so it's good that Belkin has recognized this and built a USB-C NIC. In addition, some laptops can now be charged/powered by USB-C power supply, so Belkin has considered this in the NIC by adding a USB-C charge port on the adapter. The charge port supports 60 watts. This means users don't have to completely sacrifice a USB-C port just to have an external Ethernet adapter. In my testing, I did not experience any unusual latency issues. I transferred a 35GB file from my desktop to my laptop. The laptop was using the Belkin Ethernet adapter. I got transfer rates ranging from 960 Mbps to 987 Mbps. Those are good numbers in my opinion. The NIC itself is a little wide due to the USB-C port that is next to the RJ45 port. That ends up adding about a half inch extra width to it. The plastic case seems to be made of light plastic, but that isn't anything out of the ordinary. Overall, I'm pleased with the performance of the Beklkin USB-C to Ethernet + Charge Adapter.

Excellent Device! exactly what I needed for occasional ethernet on MacBook Air.

I am very pleased with this adapter. To me the biggest feature is the ability to have USB-C charging passthrough and the adapter can handle up to 60W chargers. I tested this and it worked flawlessly. Being a MacBook Air user I only have two USB-C ports. I rarely connect to a monitor (but I do every now and then) and the few things I need the most are ethernet, charging, USB-C for storage and or HDMI out. This adapter alleviates the worry for me of using one slot for charging and one for ethernet thanks to the two and one. I highly recommend this for that alone. The new line of belkin adapters are all two and ones so find the one for your needs and absolutely buy it...they are great. I am giving it 4 stars for one reason which is my only downside (not really a negative). When using USB-C charging passthrough the adapter gets very warm/hot. It is not a major issue because it is on the desk but the heat in such a small device makes me worried about long time stability with daily use.

The Belkin - USB-C Network Adapter - Black is yet another innovation by Belkin who leads the pack in adapters for devices. While not everyone will need this type of adapter, those who do, especially those without good Wi-Fi, will find this a must have as it allow simultaneous charging and internet connection for devices which have removed obvious ports such as Macbooks and iPads. This is a great addition to my MacBook Pro as there is only USB-C connections now and I do not always want to have a big adapter connected to my device in rural areas. These adapters often do not even include a Cat5/ethernet port anyway. PROS - Belkin quality and reliability - Belkin design and innovation - Charging and internet in one connection CONS - None at this time

I've been pleased with Belkin accessories in the past, though this is my first time using one designed for computers instead of phones. None of the devices I use (outside of my desktop computer) have ethernet ports any more, but they all have USB-C. I've used this adapter to plug an ethernet cable into multiple devices, and it has passed the full bandwidth of my connection to them all. The passthrough USB-C port for charging is also a nice bonus. I'm quite pleased with this adapter and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for an Ethernet adapter.

I've had a few of these types of adapters, but none of them had faster than 10/100 throughput. This is the first one that I have used that gives you actual gig network speeds! Just another good Belkin product, if you need one of these, and you have a gigabyte connection, this is exactly what you are looking for..

My iPad Wi-Fi seems to be faster. Wanted to see if it made a difference in cloud gaming but I don’t think so

Hooked up to Ipad and it works, wish the cable was just slightly longer.

Didn't work as needed. I was told this would be compatible with my Amazon firestick. I gave it as a gift to my daughter. By the time she opened her gift, the item was no longer available to return. So disappointed

Not sure who gave 5 stars, or 4 or 3 or 2. If you are using the ethernet port to feed a router and want to charge the phone (the main or only reason to have this), forget it. And if you unplug the ethernet, it takes a long time to move 1%. It is impossible to use this product. This is the first time I give a rating on any product in my life btw.
