I was happy to use it since it was cheaper than the original one I’d ordered. After a few weeks of light use for mostly homework, the USB-C charging port no longer worked. The other port still works which is why I gave 3 stars. I’ve just not had any success in getting the USB-C port to charge again, even after testing with several different cords.

I connected a samsung phone to it and it did takea little bit of connecting and disconnecting to get it to work but that might have just been me... otherwise it works perfectly. The kids enjoy it!

It works great! I love how high the quality is and the impact this has on the signal quality. I highly recommend this product for these sorts of applications.

Excellent streaming over Type C USB/HDMI!

This is a good quality dongle with pass through charging if you have a mac, highly recommend.

Bought the new color Mac but if course to do anything other than use the computer itself you have to buy another piece. This is one of them. I then connected this adapter to the Dell Dock (WD19TB) to connect my Dell Monitor with HDMI input. This adapter worked great and allows me to use my Dell docking station in conjuction with my new Mac mini M1 with Thunderbolt USB c ports.
