Doesn't work on Galaxy S9

First problem, it doesn't work at all if your phone has a Mophie battery case. Even without the Mophie, it was sending intermittantly. I no longer bother to use it.

It don’t work. The only reason why I give this a one star is because of that. This product is solid for PC needs and the name is as good as gold. Outside of my 1 issue, this product is excellent if you need it for a PC connection.

Non-returnable on March 14, 2025. Started malfunctioning on May, 7, 2025. I Switched it to 3 different computers to see if it was my computer port, but the same issues. Screen kicks in-and-out....But it you are looking for something that works well for at least 62 days, I highly recommend it.

USB-C passthrough did not work for iPhone SE

The monitor works, but the iPhone does not charge. It charges fine from the USB-C without the Belkin. My computer also doesn't see the iPhone when connected to the USB-C, so maybe I got a defective item. Going back to the store will not be easy, this was a waste of my time and money.

It works but...

We hear you. Please be advised the this adapter (AVC002) does not support Dex extends. But the adapter supports 4K x 2K (3840 x 2160) at 60 Hz mirror display. BTW, you may need to contact our support hotline if this case requires advanced assistance.

Not what I expected

The image dropped consistently, once every 1-2 minutes without warning. Upon purchasing the proprietary cable directly from Apple, the problem went away. If you are intending to use this with an iPad, DO NOT BUY.

Very bad business practices.
