There were many available at the store. Performance: It does exactly what I needed from this device. As soon as you plug it, you can start using it with the applicable device. No problem ever, no device problem either. Customer service: EXCELLENT customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door. Then other employee asked what I needed. He had strong knowledge of what I was looking for and helped me to get to the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly. THANK YOU!!!!
