I got this for one reason Mac Books will not work with a external CD/DVD Written/Reader through any hub, such as Belkin or Hyperdrive etc., It will only work with a one off USC C to A Adaptor like this. Well until someone makes one with a USB C or Thunderbolt 3 connection.

Great value, little long
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this dongle, however, it's a bit too long of a cord. It cold easily be shorter and then not need to be taken out of the port for carrying, but it's just a little long to be able to do that.
