Unfortunately they got loose quickly. This connector seems to be made better than the old version. It clicks in and keeps my hard drive connected well. (The last one disconnected by itself and ruined a hard drive because of random disconnects).

I spent HOURS with your geek squad trying to set up my printer which I bought from you. I told you that I did not want to use Wi-Fi. My computer, which I bought from you, does not have enough ports. I do not know if this adapter works but I do know that it fits the proper connections
