Worked perfectly to add an external monitor to my laptop

Plugged it into my MacBook Pro and it worked! Moved my MBP and plugged it in and it didn't work. The MBP has for USB-C ports and it wouldn't work with any of them. The USB-C port I originally used was fried and I had to send my computer back to Apple. I don't know it was the Belkin or Mac that caused the problem.

I bought this so I could mirror my note8 to the tv to watch youtube videos while traveling in my RV. This would allow me to use my phone data (unlimited) instead of having to connect the tv to hotspot. (no you cant cast without using a hotspot). The first few times I used it the product worked great. After a week the usb-c connection started getting sensitive to touch and would disconnect the device. It slowly got worse and about 2 months it stopped working. I was using a 4K HDMI cable and still use this cable on my Mac to tv, so it was not that cable. Spend the money and buy the Samsung adapter, I hear it's much better. UNI makes a nice sleek cable to the I like.

Buy it! Thank me later! It is very well made and you will like the feel of it. I used it to connect to my camera. But I am sure you will use it to many many products since so many product use USB Type C anyways

Apple is notorious for profiting on accessories when they should be included with the premium pricing they charge for their products. Glad we found a better brand to spend our hard earned cash on other than Apple.

The product works great. It does exactly what it is intended for. Cheaper versions tend not to work all the time in various situation, but this adapter has worked flawlessly, at least for me.

Gives me the ability to use my laptop with my extra large screen so I can open multiple applications and view them simultaneously. Kind of pricey though.

Okay Folks, if you're buying new computers, you know the adapter has changed to the new type "C", so expect to be buying a lot of new cables. Anyone still using 8 track? -LOL-

I just want to say, I was in the midst of moving and my WiFi wasn’t working yet, but my hotspot did and this saved my life. It made streaming simple.

if you're shopping after-market accessories, trust Belkin. this adapter has worked well for me to connect laptop/monitor.

Using it with a Mac mini and it works fine. Plugged it in and it works immediately. Runs 4K without a problem...using it for a dual display setup.

I tested a lot of these with my Slate and large monitor. Many well ranked products degraded the image resolution. This did not. Hooray!

This item is small and easy to fitting into anything (backpack, pocket and etc) nice accessories to add in your bag.

I needed this cable for work and it has worked out just fine. I always rely on Best Buy for equipment like this.

I picked this up for a recently purchased display. I like that the usb-c connector is not very wide. Works great with my 2016 MacBook Pro.
