With most laptops going to the USB-C connection this adapter allows me to use all of my cords that I have for my Android phone that I have bought over the years. Great product!

Bought new Samsung S9 and found it had a different connector than the S5. Bought two of these adapters to allow my existing cables to attach to phone. Works well, but best to buy a regular cable with correct connectors if you don't already have a cable.

I love the fact that i can still use my old micro usb chargers. I just put the adapted on the end and it still works for the nge Galaxy S9. Saves a lot of money.

Don't throw out all your USB micro cables when you now need USB type C. This small adapter from Belkin works perfectly. I try to keep one with me all the time.
