A white light comes on when it is charging correctly, but seems to turn amber randomly to indicate it is not charging. It sucks waking up in the morning and my phone is around 20%. I would not recommend this charger.

Our charging pads and stands works with most phone cases as long as it will not exceed 3mm in thickness, and only composed of lightweight plastics (no metal objects). In those 15 days also you have figure out a particular direction to keep ur phone so that it can charge. Save your money and buy something else other than this company

The unit is expected last long enough than described. Try charging another handheld devices or plug it on multiple outlets to see if the same thing happens. Do not buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For me, the charger only lasted 19 days before it stopped working when i switched from charging an android phine to an iphone. Since i did not purchase the protection plan, best buy did not replace or repair the charger. That was my second charger, same exact model. The first one lasted 3 months before it stopped working. I do not recommend buying this product.

Good luck charging it with a thin case on (as it claims you should be able to do), while it does work sometimes, it is even more rare than without a case. When it does charge it is so unbelievable slow. I would have to leave my phone on it overnight to get full charge. Sometimes, it just stop charging and the white light turns orange. This usually happens when I have fallen asleep so that I can wake up to an uncharged phone. Would not recommend. Just buy anything else.

We do not wish for you to have this type of product experience. Rest assured that this is not what the charging pad is supposed to do, especially when using compatible devices, when devices are properly aligned, and when there are no foreign objects nearby that can cause charging issues. Furthermore, the charging pad works best with or without a phone case with a thickness of up to 3 mm.

Don’t waste your money on this item

If using a phone case, make sure to not exceed the maximum thickness of 3mm and should only composed of lightweight plastics (no metal objects). Inconvenient with phone cases

Worked for about 15 days.
