The behavior of the Belkin WIA001 charging pad is quiet unusual nad we'd like to check this out further. Make sure that all handheld devices do not have a phone case exceeding the minumum 3mm thicknes (lightweight materials and no metal objects). Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please note that the Belkin BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad only works with Qi-enabled or wireless charging-capable devices. If your iPhone supports wireless charging, then it should work.
