It just so happened that a piece of rice got stuck in the charging port and I was unable to get it out.

Will see how long it last is the question. For now I would have given it 5 stars if it was made in the USA. It is made in Vietnam.

Only not good things is that I need remove case to charge my phone because my phone case has pocket that putting credit card inside .

It is a samsung phone and it should charge the phone but does not. fortuately, there are other samsung phones in the household that is being used for. not sure why it would work on some samsung phones and not others. and yes there is no cover on the phone when trying to charge it
