Wireless beats cable charging

Set your phone on it and it powers on automatically. Remove phone and it powers off. LED indicator light shows its charging. Works great with both Android and IOS phones. Bought 2 more!

Thus, it works well for my husband’s phone but does not work on mine with the Otter Defender’s case

The unit is expected to last longer than described. For isolation, please try plugging the unit into multiple outlets to see if the same thing happens. My one complaint would be that if the phone is not sitting perfectly on the charger it will it charge. It's is very touchy.
