Your not getting MagSafe charging speeds at 20W; however, this charger certainly gets the job done. Really good for your night stand or desk.

The charging pad is compatible with most lightweight plastic phone cases not thicker than 3mm, and should not composed of any metal objects. I've definitely set it on there at night and found a low battery in the morning due to poor placement.

The location of the charging coil may vary depending on the model of your phone. You can check with your phone's manufacturer for tips on how to properly align your phone on a wireless charger. Thus, to fix these issues, try to move your phone slightly on the wireless charging pad. I love that I can just set it on there and charge instead of plugging a cord to my phone. Its also indicates when its not charging. (A orange light will appear).
