Wireless charger

Not enough power to charge through a case

Would not charge a Samsung S10 with an Otterbox case on it. If the case is removed it charged fine. Returned and bought a 15 Watt Wireless Charger online.

Our Belkin WIA001 are engineered to work with lightweight plastic cases up to 3mm. And if your phone case is thicker than the required phone case, then you may have to remove it for it to charge your phone. And you have to wait there to see if the light stays bright or turns yellow then re-position. Salesman said with Iphone 15 I did not need a special case, the one I had would work fine.

For best results your iphone must be without its case and must not be bumped or moved or else the charging will disconnect and charge will not be successful.

Sometimes name and brand does not give consistency. The phone has to be a particular position to get charge. Aggravating and nit worth play with it.

Maybe it's because I have an iPhone but I don't know. It takes hours to charge my phone on this. I would just say this product is "Meh".
